SWITCHBOARD — DeltaVDevs

Double-click Switchboard.exe.
Standalone 64-bit desktop release; no Godot installation or web server is needed.
Linux requires a desktop with OpenGL 3.3 support.

Click a ringing line, read the caller, then look up the requested name in the directory.
Press HOLD before routing. Click the caller's incoming socket, then the matching extension.
A successful connection takes the caller off hold. RETURN TO LINE lets you speak again.
Space reveals/continues dialogue; Escape pauses. Volume, window sizing and keys are in Options.
Native progress and preferences save automatically in the system Godot app-data folder.
Desktop and browser saves are separate.

STORY DEBUG MODE
Launch Switchboard.exe -- --debug-mode to open the scene picker.
F8 opens or closes the picker. Search or filter by day, then double-click a scene.
The Endings tab lists outcomes by title with an art preview. Choose View ending to jump.
Each jump starts a fresh run with that scene's day and installed equipment.
Debug progress uses separate debug_shift saves. Normal progress stays separate.

EDITING THE STORY
The content/ folder beside the executable overrides bundled story and UI JSON.
Keep its filenames and IDs, or edit content/manifest.json to select another story.
The executable also works on its own with its bundled story.
